Meet Chris Baker

Chris did not come into systems and AI because he loved technology.

He came into this work because he kept watching good people struggle inside bad systems.

For years, Chris has worked alongside small businesses and nonprofits that were under-resourced, overstretched, and pressured to adopt tools before they were ready.

He saw the same pattern everywhere: powerful missions trapped inside fragmented processes, teams overwhelmed by technology they did not trust, and leaders told to move fast without a clear foundation.

Today, as a Fractional Chief AI & Systems Officer, Chris helps organizations build that foundation first by clarifying what needs human care, what can be systemized, and what should never be automated.
