Chris Baker
Chris Baker didn't come into systems or AI because he loved technology. He came into them because he kept watching good people struggle inside bad systems.
For years, Chris has worked alongside small businesses and nonprofits — often under-resourced, overstretched, and pressured to adopt tools before they were ready. He saw the same pattern everywhere: powerful missions trapped inside fragmented processes, teams overwhelmed by technology they didn't trust, and leaders told to move fast without a clear foundation.
Today, as a Fractional Chief AI & Systems Officer, Chris helps organizations build that foundation first — clarifying what needs human care, what can be systemized, and what should never be automated. He doesn't sell tools. He leads with clarity.
Chris is an entrepreneur, AI consultant, creative director, storytelling coach, podcast host, and keynote speaker. He holds certification as an AI+ Chief AI Officer and serves on the Board of Directors for HandsOn Broward.
He lives in South Florida, where he continues to help organizations move forward without losing what matters.
