Worthy

Before the business can be aligned, the leader has to be.

WORTHY is where the client faces what has been driving the drift, instead of managing its symptoms.

Core question · What is running the business from beneath the surface?

What is WORTHY?

WORTHY is the personal alignment framework that comes before any business work. It runs through six stages: Witness, Own, Release, Turn, Heal, Yield. It helps a founder face what is driving the drift instead of managing its symptoms, and it leaves the founder ready.

The framework

Six stages. In order.

W

Witness

See the wound clearly, without minimizing or managing around it.

O

Own

Take responsibility for the pattern, not the blame for the wound.

R

Release

Let go of what has been carried and repeated.

T

Turn

Choose a new direction, deliberately.

H

Heal

Do the work that repairs, not just performs recovery.

Y

Yield

Surrender control long enough to let the new pattern take hold.

Phase one questions

Readiness is the result.

  • Who am I beneath the business?

  • What pattern keeps repeating?

  • What have I been avoiding?

  • Am I leading from healing or from the wound?

WORTHY comes before ANCHOR. A business cannot stay aligned if the person leading it is still operating from an unhealed place.

Where this was tested

June 2026. A room I almost walked out of.

At the summit, a man I had never met in person spent the day telling anyone who would listen that I was insignificant and unworthy. He said it in front of other people, more than once.

My old instinct was already moving. Pack the bag, get to the car, be gone before anyone notices. I took a breath instead and said the quiet part out loud to myself: this is not the journey I want.

So I stayed. I saw the attack for what it was without shrinking it or letting it grow. I owned the urge to run without being ashamed of it. I stopped needing to win an argument on his terms, since there was nothing real there to argue with. Then I turned back toward the room.

The rest of the day went somewhere I did not expect. People asked for photos. Two of them asked for interviews. I left with more connection than I came in with.

That is why WORTHY exists as six stages and not as encouragement. I have used it on myself, in public, on a day when it would have been easier to leave.

The six stages, that day

  • Witness

Saw it clearly. No minimizing, no collapsing.

  • Own

Named the urge to flee without shame.

  • Release

Let go of fighting a persona on hostile terms.

  • Turn

Faced back into the room instead of the exit.

  • Heal

Found something steady when it actually mattered.

  • Yield

Gave the rest of the day to a better purpose.

Common Questions

Questions before you commit.

What is WORTHY?

WORTHY is the personal alignment framework that comes before any business work, a six-stage sequence (Witness, Own, Release, Turn, Heal, Yield) that helps a founder face what is driving the drift instead of managing its symptoms. It leaves you with readiness.

Who is WORTHY for?

Founders, owners, and executive leaders who are competent on paper but running on urgency: the person who keeps rebuilding the same bottleneck, cannot delegate without rework, or has grown a business that no longer resembles the life it was supposed to fund. If you want alignment before you add more speed, this is built for you.

What do you actually get from WORTHY?

A written leadership pattern map (what triggers the drift and how it shows), a decision and boundary standard you can hold under pressure, a delegation and capacity plan tied to real hours, and one-to-one founder coaching sessions that hold the work in place. What you walk away with is a leader who is ready for ANCHOR, not a motivational plan.

What diagnostic questions does WORTHY answer?

Am I the bottleneck in my own business? Why do I keep recreating the same problem with new people? What am I tolerating that is costing me time, money, and health? Is the business drifting because of strategy, or because of me? Am I ready to hand something over, and actually mean it?
